All Access Colombia ("we", "us") is a private concierge operating in Medellín, Cartagena and across Colombia. Discretion is the foundation of our service and the principle behind how we handle every piece of information you share with us.
Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to plan and deliver your itinerary: name, contact details, travel dates, party size, preferences, dietary or medical notes you choose to disclose, and the messages you send us through our website, email or WhatsApp.
How we use your information
Your information is used to respond to inquiries, design and execute your trip, coordinate with vetted partners (drivers, villas, restaurants, security) and to maintain a relationship for future bookings. We never sell, rent or trade your data.
Third parties
We share only the minimum required details with the specific partners executing a portion of your trip. All partners are bound to the same confidentiality standards we hold ourselves to.
Data retention
We retain client records for as long as you remain a guest of All Access Colombia and for a reasonable period afterwards to honor returning-guest preferences. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@allaccesscolombia.com. We respond within one business day.
Cookies, analytics and pixels
Our website uses cookies for essential functionality and for measurement tools that help us make the site easier to use. We work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics to see which pages people find helpful, which searches bring them here and where the experience breaks down, so we can fix it.
We also use social media pixels from platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and YouTube. These help us understand which content resonates, measure the performance of our campaigns and show relevant information to people who have already visited us. The data these tools collect is aggregated and used to improve your experience, never to sell your personal information.
