General
What is All Access Colombia?+
All Access Colombia is a private luxury concierge for travelers visiting Medellín, Cartagena and the rest of Colombia. We arrange drivers, private villas, fine dining, dental care, executive protection and nightlife access through one dedicated team and a single point of contact.
Where do you operate in Colombia?+
Our headquarters is in Medellín and our second base is Cartagena. We also cover Bogotá, Santa Marta, the coffee region, Guatapé and the Rosario Islands for existing clients on a nationwide basis.
Who do you work with?+
We work with affluent leisure travelers, founders, executives, private groups, family offices and bachelor or birthday parties that want quiet execution and discretion rather than a packaged tour.
How quickly do you respond?+
We reply within two hours, seven days a week. Most trip plans are confirmed within one business day of the first conversation.
How do I start a trip with All Access Colombia?+
Send your dates, cities and group size by WhatsApp at +57 300 225 3222 or through the contact form. A senior concierge replies with a real plan, named operators and clear pricing.
Do I need to speak Spanish to travel in Colombia?+
No. Every driver, guide and concierge on your trip speaks English, and we handle restaurants, clinics and vendors in Spanish on your behalf. You never negotiate anything in a language you do not speak.
Medellín or Cartagena, which should I choose?+
Medellín is the pick for spring weather, nightlife, villas with a view and dental or wellness trips. Cartagena is the pick for the Caribbean, yacht days to the Rosario Islands and Walled City dinners. Most first trips of seven days or more do both, with a short flight in between.
How many days should I plan for Colombia?+
Four days is enough for one city done properly. Seven to ten days covers Medellín and Cartagena with a Guatapé day and an island day, without a rushed morning anywhere.
Medellín
What is the best area to stay in Medellín?+
El Poblado is the standard for luxury travelers because of its security, restaurants and proximity to nightlife. We place clients in private villas, penthouses and boutique hotels inside El Poblado and Provenza.
Is Medellín safe for luxury travelers?+
Medellín is safe when you travel correctly. Our clients move with vetted private drivers, stay in secured residences and, when requested, use discreet executive protection. We avoid risk zones and brief every guest on arrival.
Can you get us into the best clubs and restaurants in Medellín?+
Yes. We hold standing relationships with the top venues in Provenza, El Poblado and the rooftop scene, including private tables, hosted entries and reserved sections for groups.
Do you arrange day trips from Medellín to Guatapé?+
We run private Guatapé days with SUV transport, a chartered boat on the reservoir, lunch at a private lake house and the climb at El Peñol, all coordinated end to end.
Is Uber safe in Medellín, or should I hire a private driver?+
Uber operates in a legal grey zone in Colombia and cancellations at the airport are common. For anything with a schedule attached, a private chauffeur is the safer and faster option, and it costs less than most travelers expect.
How do I get from Medellín airport to El Poblado?+
José María Córdova airport sits about 45 minutes from El Poblado over a mountain road. We meet you inside the terminal with a name board, take your bags and drive you straight to the door in an SUV, with the rate agreed before you land.
How much does a private driver in Medellín cost?+
Full-day chauffeur service with an SUV and an English-speaking driver is quoted per day, not per ride, so there is no meter running while you have lunch. We send a written rate with your itinerary before anything is booked.
Can you arrange helicopter or ATV tours in Medellín?+
Yes. Helicopter charters run over the valley, Guatapé and the coffee region with certified operators, and ATV routes leave from the mountains just outside the city. Both are private, and both are built into the same driver schedule as the rest of your day.
Cartagena
Where should I stay in Cartagena?+
Inside the Walled City for character and walkability, or in a private villa in Manga or Castillogrande for space and privacy. For groups we secure full-property buyouts with staff, chef and security.
Can you charter a yacht in Cartagena?+
We charter yachts, catamarans and speedboats for the Rosario Islands, including Cholón, with chef, sound system, water toys and beach club access at Bora Bora, Gente de Mar or private homes.
What is the best time of year to visit Cartagena?+
December through April is dry and busiest. June and July are also strong. The lowest demand is October. We secure inventory months ahead for peak weeks.
Is Cartagena safe for visitors?+
The Walled City, Bocagrande, Manga and Castillogrande are comfortable day and night. The friction in Cartagena is street hustling rather than serious crime, and a private driver plus a hosted table removes almost all of it.
What is worth doing outside the Walled City?+
Getsemaní for the night scene, Barú and the Rosario Islands for the water, Playa Blanca early in the morning, and the mud volcano or Palenque for a half day with a guide who is actually worth listening to.
Where should we eat in Cartagena?+
The city rewards booking ahead. We hold relationships with the rooftop kitchens, the Getsemaní tasting rooms and the Walled City classics, and we can seat a group of twelve on a Saturday when the app says there is nothing.
Services
What services does your concierge cover?+
Private transportation, luxury villas and hotels, private chef, fine dining reservations, yacht and boat charters, nightlife and table service, executive protection, medical and dental coordination, and full multi-city itineraries.
Do you provide private drivers and armored vehicles?+
Yes. We operate a vetted fleet of luxury SUVs and sedans with English-speaking drivers. Armored vehicles and executive protection details are available on request, with advance briefing.
Can you organize a bachelor or birthday trip?+
Yes, with one rule: we arrange the room and the table, not the door. Expect private villas, hosted dinners, yacht days, club tables and security for the group, coordinated by one named lead.
Do you book private chefs and in-villa dining?+
We staff villas with private chefs, butlers and mixologists. Menus are tailored to the group, with regional Colombian, Mediterranean and steakhouse options.
Do you handle corporate travel and executive transportation?+
Yes. Airport meets, multi-vehicle convoys, day-rate chauffeurs between offices and plant visits, and protection details when the calendar calls for it. Billing is consolidated into one invoice per trip.
Dental
Why do travelers come to Colombia for dental work?+
Colombia offers internationally trained dentists, modern clinics and pricing typically 60 to 75 percent below the United States for implants, veneers, crowns and full smile makeovers, with no compromise on materials or technology.
Which clinics do you work with for dental tourism?+
We coordinate with a small group of vetted clinics in Medellín known for cosmetic dentistry, implants and full-mouth rehabilitation. We attend consultations with you and manage transport, recovery and concierge service end to end.
How long should I plan to stay for dental work in Medellín?+
Veneers and crowns typically need 7 to 10 days. Implants with same-trip restoration usually require 14 to 21 days or a two-trip plan. We build the itinerary around your treatment calendar.
How much do veneers cost in Medellín?+
Porcelain veneers start at $350 per tooth, and a full set of 20 runs $7,000 to $8,000 including the lab work. Full mouth restoration with implants, crowns and veneers planned in a single trip starts at $10,000.
Pricing
How is pricing structured?+
We quote per trip based on cities, length, group size and the level of service. Vendors are billed at cost with a transparent concierge fee. There are no commissions hidden in supplier pricing.
Is there a minimum trip size?+
We focus on multi-day private trips. Single transfers and one-off bookings are handled for returning clients only.
How do I pay?+
We accept wire transfer, USD and Colombian peso bank transfers, and major credit cards. Deposits secure inventory, with the balance settled before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellation terms follow each supplier and are disclosed in writing before deposit. We protect clients with clear paperwork and direct relationships, not generic vouchers.
Privacy
How do you handle privacy and discretion?+
Client names, itineraries and locations are never shared. We do not post guest photos, we do not name clients in marketing and we vet every operator who touches the trip.
