Drone Video and Photo Service for Visitors

A licensed pilot follows your day and hands back cinematic aerial footage of Comuna 13, Guatapé or wherever you are flying.

Overview

Most people leave Colombia with a phone full of photos that do not look like the trip felt. A drone changes that. We send a licensed pilot with a professional rig to shoot your day from the air: the painted rooftops of Comuna 13, the reservoir wrapping around El Peñol, a rooftop in El Poblado, a finca outside the city, a proposal, a bachelor group, a brand shoot.

The pilot handles the part visitors cannot: permits and no-fly zones. Airport approach corridors, stadium days, government buildings and certain neighborhoods are off limits, and rules change by site. We check every location in advance and only fly where it is allowed, so nobody ends up in a conversation with the police on their holiday.

You get the raw clips plus a short edited film, color graded and cut to music, delivered on a drive link within 48 hours. Add ground camera coverage if you want interviews, portraits or a longer piece.

Good to know

What to wearSolid colors film better than busy patterns. Bring a second outfit if you want variety in the edit.

SafetyWe only fly where it is legally permitted and never over crowds or restricted airspace. If a site is closed to drones that day, the pilot moves the shoot to the nearest approved spot.

AvailabilityFlies daily in good weather. Morning and late afternoon light is best. Rain and high wind move the shoot, not cancel it.

Frequently asked

Questions about this experience

Honest answers to the questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, ask us directly and we'll come back the same day.

Can you fly a drone in Comuna 13?

Yes, in permitted areas and at permitted hours, flown by a licensed pilot who works there regularly. Tourists flying their own drone in the neighborhood is a different story and we do not recommend it.

Is drone filming allowed in Guatapé?

Over the reservoir and around El Peñol, yes, with the usual limits on flying over people and near the rock's stairway when it is packed. We plan the flight around the crowds.

Can I bring my own drone to Colombia?

You can, but registration, airspace rules and local restrictions catch a lot of visitors out. Hiring a licensed local pilot keeps it simple and legal.

How fast do we get the footage?

Raw clips the same evening in most cases, and the edited short film within 48 hours. Rush turnaround is possible if you tell us up front.

Can you film a proposal or a group weekend?

Yes. Proposals, bachelor weekends, brand shoots and content trips are most of what we fly. Tell us the moment you want captured and we position for it.
