Colombia grows more edible fruit species than almost anywhere on earth, and about eighteen of them never make it to an export market. Guanábana, mangostino, granadilla, lulo, zapote, borojó, uchuva, chontaduro.
We do it at a market stall with a vendor who has been selling for thirty years, or set the whole thing up at your villa with everything cut and plated. Either way you will leave with three new favorites and one you never want to see again.
